Only July 4th, the Hardcastle's completed their move from California to Virginia to serve as the Lead Pastors of River of Life. It has been a pleasure, and an honor to serve alongside such amazing people. 

We have seen God perform miracle after miracle! God is doing a mighty work with our small beginnings. God has been faithful to provide finances when needed, and He is not done yet! I'm praying that July 2025-July 2026 is a year of overflow at River of Life. I'm believing for God's provision not only on our church, but on each member, as we step out in faith to reach our community with the message of Jesus Christ. 

Not only are we believing for an overflow of finances, but more importantly, we are believing for an overflow of people coming into the fellowship with us at River of Life! As we continue to Love and Serve our community, I believe we will see God pour out an awakening like we have yet to experience. 

Our job is to be ready to disciple! Are you ready for greater things to come? 

We just concluded our three week sermon series titled, "Hooked." In this series we discovered we need to cast our nets, and that it's God's job to do the sorting and the cleaning. We must simply continue in faithfulness to throw our nets into the water. 

Remeber, God has called us to be "Fishers of Men" (Matthew 4:19). Are you fishing?

This Sunday, we will discover a sermon called, "When God Came to Stay," which is a celebratory message of the Day of Pentecost. The Day of Pentecost is a powerful day for Christians to remember. I hope you will join us for this encouraging, and inspiring message this Sunday at 11:00 a.m. Come expecting God to speak to your heart.

One of the final instructions that Jesus gave to His disciples was to receive the power of the Holy Spirit and to allow that power to help them be witnesses for Him all over the earth. When we go fishing for people, we don’t stop in just our neighborhood. The power of the Spirit of God enables us to the very ends of the earth with a deep desire to see people get “hooked” on Christ.

We’re opening up to explore local interest in having a student night for grades 6th - 12th. 

For this night, students and their parents are welcome to come to express interest, play a game, learn more about us, and eat some pizza.
