Pastor Justin Hardcastle has served in ministry for most of his life and has faithfully served as a pastor for more than two decades. He is married to Beckah Hardcastle, and together they are blessed with their daughter, Kylee, and their son, Levi.
Justin has earned a Bachelor’s in Ministerial Arts from EPIC Bible College and Graduate School, a Master’s in Organizational Leadership from Regent University, and a Doctor of Strategic Leadership from Regent University. His educational background, ministry experience, and leadership calling have shaped his passion for developing people, strengthening churches, and creating leaders who will impact the world.
At the heart of Justin’s ministry is a deep desire to love and serve people well. He believes leadership is not simply about influence or position, but about helping others discover who God has called them to be and equipping them to make a difference in their homes, church, community, and beyond.
As Lead Pastor of River of Life, Justin is passionate about helping build a church for all people — a place where people can encounter the presence of God, grow in their faith, and find meaningful community. His vision is to see River of Life become a people who passionately worship, invite others to church, love and serve the community, and remain committed to seeing the Gospel of Jesus spread.
Justin believes that when the Gospel is shared and lived out, lives are changed, addictions are broken, and families are restored. Through preaching, leadership development, discipleship, and community outreach, he is committed to helping River of Life love and serve South Hill and the surrounding region with the hope of Jesus Christ.
